Requirements

STPM with minimum CGPA of 2.50 and Pass SPM with 5 credits or
UEC with Grade B in 5 subjects (including Science and Mathematics) and pass SPM or equivalent
UTAR Foundation programme with CGPA of 2.50
MOE Science Matriculation with CGPA of 2.50
Diploma in Science with CGPA of 2.50 (no credit transfer)
Any other equivalent qualifications recognised by the Malaysian Government

Pass SPM / equivalent with 5 credits
Credits in Bahasa Malaysia and Mathematics (or Additional / Modern Maths)
Credit in one (1) of the following - General Science or Biology or Credit in Chemistry and Pass in Biology or Credit in Physics and Pass in Biology
Credits in two (2) other subjects
Pass in the English Language

Must have gained admission as full-time student or be a registered full-time student of UTAR
Must be a Malaysia citizen
Must pursue a Bachelor of Nursing (Honours)
Good academic performance
Both parents total income is lower than RM1,500.00 monthly
