Requirements
Candidates will be required to:
- Demonstrate a strong sporting portfolio, showcasing talent across multiple disciplines.
- Complete a practical assessment, which will include physical fitness tests and simple skills assessments; for example - hand to eye co-ordination. Individual sports' skills will be reviewed upon application.
- Participate in an interview with the Head of Academies and Head of Sport, discussing their sporting achievements, aspirations, and leadership qualities.
