Requirements
Candidates for a Textiles Scholarship will be required to
demonstrate the following:
¥ a passion for textiles and fashion that they are able to
demonstrate through individuality and creative ideas;
¥ the ability to analyse and respond to cultural arts
movements, contemporary designers and innovative
textiles in a confident manner;
¥ a high level of visual and practical competence;
¥ the ability to work independently; at least two works
from the portfolio must be work created outside
the classroom.
