Ð The scholarship applies to students who have completed their studies at the following SMJK
(SMJK Chong Hwa KL / SMJK Confucian KL / SMJK Chong Hwa Klang SEL / SMJK Katholik SEL / SMJK Kwang Hua SEL / SMJK Yu Hua SEL / SMJK Yoke Kuan SEL / SMJK Chan WA NS / SMJK Chan WA 2 NS)
Ð Students who completed study from Selected SMJK Schools in KL/Selangor/Negeri Sembilan
Ð Completed SPM and fulfilled the entry requirements of RUÕs programmes.
