Requirements
- The scholarship applies to students who have completed their studies at the following SMJK:

- - SMJK Confucian KL
- - SMJK Chong Hwa Klang SEL
- - SMJK Katholik SEL
- - SMJK Kwang Hua SEL
- - SMJK Yu Hua SEL
- - SMJK Yoke Kuan SEL
- - SMJK Chan WA NS
- - SMJK Chan WA 2 NS
Students who completed study from Selected SMJK Schools in KL/Selangor/Negeri Sembilan
- Completed SPM and fulfilled the entry requirements of RU's programmes.
