Undergraduate programme:

• Minimum Academic Qualifications:
• STPM: CGPA 3.50
• A Level: 3 As
• UEC: 5 As
• Foundation / Pre-U: CGPA 3.50
• SPM 7 As / O Level: 5 As

The scholarship recipient must maintain a CGPA of 3.00 throughout their studies in RU's programme.

Academic scholarship for the highest achieving applicant, based on an interview.

Postgraduate programme:

• Graduated with a Bachelor's degree with a CGPA of 3.50 or second class first division.
• Application fee and admission fee are excluded from the scholarship awarded.
• Must maintain a CGPA of 3.00 or above.
• Required to produce 2 Scopus papers.
• A bond amount is included.

Research and Professional Development Support:

• Additional support of up to RM3,000 in research grants to assist with project-related expenses and conference attendance (only applicable to Full-Time students).
• Subject to university approval based on the alignment of the research project with RU's strategic goals.

Teaching Assistant/Tutor Appointment:

• Opportunity to be trained and appointed as a tutor/teaching assistant for a maximum of 3-4 hours per week (only applicable to Full-Time students).
• This appointment is unpaid and is part of the conditions of the scholarship granted.
