Eligible for all nationalities
Academic Records of Polytechnic Diploma (min GPA 3.0) or GCE ÔAÕ Level (min Average Grade B) or equivalent
Participation in Co-Curricular Activities (CCA) or equivalent
Exhibit leadership qualities
Submit Scholarship essay (500 words or more)
