¥ Sijil Peperiksaan Malaysia (SPM) with 5 credits in:
¥ Bahasa Malaysia
¥ Science
¥ Mathematic
¥ Credits in any 2 other subjects
¥ Pass in English
¥ Must be a Malaysia citizen
¥ Must pursue a Diploma of Nursing
¥ Good academic performance
¥ Shortlisted applicants will be scheduled for interview
