Applicants shall be Malaysians below the age of 25,
- Applicants must possess a blue identification card.
Applicants shall provide evidence of academic excellence as follows:
- - Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM): 8As (excluding A-)
- - International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE): 8As
