Scholarship Details
Requirements
To apply for the scholarship, the applicant must submit an essay of not more than 300
words, together with their application for the Kaplan Merit Scholarship 2025. The
applicant may choose one of the following topics for the essay submission:
1. What unique qualities of a Kaplan Higher Education Academy education attracted you
to apply, and how do you believe these qualities will support your academic and
personal growth?
2. Artificial Intelligence is transforming the job market. As a prospective Kaplan Higher
Education Academy student, how would you prepare for these changes and position
yourself for future career success?
3. As a future member of the Kaplan Higher Education Academy community, how would
you help build a sense of belonging for yourself and other students?
Year 12 (Equivalent)
¥ 5 subjects with minimum grade of B5 each or maximum 25 points from UEC
Qualification; or
¥ Minimum CPGA of 3.5 from STPM Qualification; or
¥ Minimum 2As from GCE A-Levels Qualification; or
¥ Minimum CGPA of 3.5 from Malaysia Foundation/Certificate Qualification; or
¥ IB Diploma total points of 25 or average of 5 out of 5 best subjects; or
¥ Minimum ATAR 75.00
Grade 11 (Equivalent)
¥ Minimum 5 subjects grade B from SPM Qualification; or
¥ Minimum 3Bs from IGCSE O-Levels Qualification (any subjects)
