Intrepid Travel Scholarship (NSW/VIC)

One scholarship of up to $3,000 (AUD) will be available to students in Semesters 1. This is awarded to support the students' skill development, travel, living and other study related tools, resources or/and equipment expenses.

To be considered for this scholarship, you must:

• Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident or hold a valid student visa or permanent Humanitarian Visa.
• Be enrolled or intending to enrol full time or part time in any tourism course at the William Angliss Institute (Melbourne or Sydney campus).
• Fall into one of two categories:
• Merit
• Demonstrate academic excellence via results achieved during previous and current studies
• Equity
• Demonstrate financial and/or educational disadvantage. Include evidence that you:
• have a disadvantaged financial background;
• are from, or are intending to move from, a rural or regional area;
• are an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait islander;
• have disability, long-term medical illness or mental health condition;
• experience difficult circumstances
