International Merit Scholarship (MTSU)

Any first-year or transfer student who applies to the university is considered for one of our highly competitive awards.

• All complete files are automatically considered for MTSU International Merit Scholarships for $6,000, $12,000 or $16,000.
• All complete files are automatically considered for the International Merit Scholarship.
• The scholarship is entirely GPA based in the amounts of:
• $6,000 (3.0 - 3.49 GPA)
• $12,000 (3.5 - 3.74 GPA)
• $16,000 (3.75 - 4.0 GPA)
• Scholarships are awarded on a first-come/first-serve basis until all funds are exhausted.
• The scholarships are renewable annually with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
• Priority deadline for the scholarship is June 1st (Fall) and October 1st (Spring).
