- International student
- Has not attended an English-based education system
- Has successfully completed:
- An online or in-person English for Academic Purposes (EAP) program at Toronto School of Management (TSoM)
- University Pathway Program (UPP) at The Language Gallery Canada (TLGC)
- Before the start date of a program at NCT
- Has included:
- An EAP/UPP certificate
- Transcripts
- In their NCT application before the program start date
- Applied for a program of study at NCT beginning between May 2024 and September 2025
- Completed their first term at NCT
- Successfully enrolled in the second term
