Requirements
A limited number of full non-resident tuition waiver awards (over $12,500 per year) for incoming Cal State East Bay first-year freshmen students who:
Are in F-1 status or plan to get an F-1 visa
Apply to and enroll at Cal State East Bay as a first-time freshman for Fall 2024
Have a minimum 3.3 grade of point average
Display exceptional scholastic ability and prior academic achievement (determined by high school record, standardized tests (SAT/ACT or AP), and essay)
Demonstrate Financial Need
Commit to enrolling in 15 units per semester
