Scholarship Details
The scholarship award is equivalent to $2,500 CAD.
Requirements
Eligibility:
- New student who identifies as female
- Has a valid FIC letter of offer in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math programs
- Ability to articulate your passion for the STEM field, including the inspiration behind your interest and commitment to pursuing a STEM-focused education
- Ability to explain how you plan to add value to the Women in STEM and the broader FIC community through your participation and engagement
- Ability to share a personal story related to your STEM journey, showcasing your resilience, innovation, or unique perspective in the field
Selection Criteria:
- Selection will be based on the outcome of the interview
- Scholarship interview with an FIC staff
Application:
- Students must fill out the application form
- Interested students will be contacted to schedule the scholarship interview
