The scholarship award is equivalent to $2,500 CAD.

Requirements

Eligibility:
New student who identifies as female with a valid FIC letter of offer in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math programs.
Ability to articulate your passion for the STEM field, including the inspiration behind your interest and commitment to pursuing a STEM-focused education in an interview.
Ability to explain how you plan to add value to the Women in STEM and the broader FIC community through your participation and engagement in an interview.
Ability to share a personal story related to your STEM journey, showcasing your resilience, innovation, or unique perspective in the field in an interview.

Selection Criteria:
Selection will be based on the outcome of the interview.
Scholarship interview with an FIC staff.
