Requirements
To qualify an applicant must:
be an international student with a valid Study Permit
be registered in a full-time diploma or degree program
have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.3 in at least two full semesters of consecutive study have participated in activities that have made a contribution to other students, their Department/School and/or the College community
