Requirements
The discount is valid for Malaysian Bumiputera and newly registered as Sunway University/ Sunway College (Kuala Lumpur) students
- Not applicable to government sponsored students.
- Not applicable to government-linked company (GLC) sponsored students who receive full sponsorship from sponsoring bodies.
- Not applicable to existing student or progression student from Pre-U or Diploma of Sunway College (Kuala Lumpur) to Sunway University
The discount is in the form of a tuition fee waiver. It shall not be deducted from any general, registration, application or exam fees
Definition of Bumiputera adopted by Sunway Education Group is defined as:
- (i) a Malay as defined in Article 160 (2) of the Federal Constitution;
- (ii) a native of Sabah as defined in Article 161A(6)(a) of the Federal Constitution;
- (iii) a native of Sarawak as defined in Article 161 (6)(b) of the Federal Constitution;
- (iv) an aborigine as defined in the Aboriginal People's Act 1954
