Scholarship Details
Up to $129,500. The scholarship provides a fortnightly stipend with a rate of $37,000 per year (2024 full-time student rate) for 3.5 years. The stipend may be indexed annually and includes limited paid sick, parenting and partner leave.
Requirements
Selection Criteria
To be considered, you must:
- Have applied for and been successful for the Doctor of Philosophy - Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences with the Department of Anatomy and Physiology
- Have completed the Bachelor of Biomedicine (Degree with Honours), the Master of Biomedical Sciences or the Master of Philosophy course at the University of Melbourne with a research project in the Department of Anatomy and Physiology
- Have not been offered a graduate research scholarship
The scholarship is offered to the student(s) ranked highest based on their weighted average mark for their bachelor degree with honours or masters degree.
