Management Development Institute of Singapore (MDIS) was founded in 1956 and is the oldest non-profit institute for lifelong learning. There are two main subsidiaries of MDIS, one is Management Development Institute of Singapore Pte Ltd that oversees their Singapore academic operations, and the other is MDIS International Pte Ltd that focuses on the globalisation strategy of MDIS. This institution is MDIS fully owned subsidiary and is registered under the Committee for Private Education (CPE).
